The Case of the Missing Bus Shelter
I have got our officers to contact the County Council, who are supposed to make sure a bus shelter gets installed in London Road. I have been told that a company called Commutaports will be installing this shelter, and two others very shortly. Depending on how quickly they can manufacture, they will either be installed before Christmas or just after.
Commutaports are a small company, who have recently undergone changes in management, which is the reason ESCC gave for the long delay in installing the Christchurch shelter - time will tell but if it doesn't turn up after Christmas I will publish the email address for the County Councillor responsible for transport, then you can ring him up yourself.
